I define and drive the cross-team technical roadmap, aligning engineering priorities with business goals across multiple product lines. Engineering Manager

Joined to establish and build the Banking team from scratch, owning the full hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.

Led end-to-end delivery of core banking product features using Node.js/TypeScript and React, contributing hands-on to architecture and implementation. Managed sprint planning, prioritization, code reviews, and quality assurance while mentoring team members and fostering a culture of ownership.

Manager of Software Engineering & Infrastructure

Led a cross-functional team of 8 engineers and QA specialists distributed across multiple countries, delivering internal platforms and tooling used company-wide. Stack: Node.js, React, Python, Golang.

Sole owner of the division's AWS cloud infrastructure — built and managed with Terraform, including ECS, Kubernetes, Docker, RDS, DocumentDB, GitHub Actions CI/CD, networking, and security. Focused on high availability, scalability, and cost optimization.

Partnered with the VP R&D and 3 production managers to scope, design, and rapidly prototype new products and features. Managed sprint planning, prioritization, code reviews, and QA processes while remaining highly hands-on.

Owned the full hiring pipeline and actively mentored aspiring developers and DevOps professionals, several of whom joined the team.

Lead DevOps Engineer

Managed multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS + GCP) for Rise's programmatic advertising platform, handling millions of requests per second. Focused on high availability, scalability, and security across both cloud providers.

Engineered auto-scaling, caching (ElastiCache), and content delivery (CloudFront) strategies to maintain sub-second latency at scale while optimizing cloud spend. Built and maintained CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI and GitHub Actions.

Senior Backend Engineer

Developed real-time bidding (RTB) systems in Golang, optimized for millisecond response times in high-frequency programmatic ad auctions. Integrated RTB protocols and leveraged large-scale datasets to improve bid success rates and revenue performance. Collaborated with cross-functional teams (product, data, AdOps) to adapt systems to evolving ad tech standards.

Full Stack & Infrastructure Team Lead

Promoted to lead the full-stack and infrastructure team while remaining deeply hands-on with day-to-day engineering. Rebuilt and managed the entire AWS cloud infrastructure for the division, establishing standards for deployment, networking, and security. Led recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts to grow the team.

Full Stack Developer

Built internal tools and platforms (dashboards, automation scripts, migration utilities) serving cross-company business needs using Python, Node.js, and Vue.js/Nuxt.js. Owned CI/CD administration (Jenkins), Jira workflow customization, and AWS infrastructure management for the department.

Backend Developer

Developed backend services and automation tooling (Python, Node.js) supporting the build, deployment, and delivery pipeline across multiple divisions. Administered CI/CD (Jenkins) and advanced Jira functionality and workflows.

International Liaison

Being Israel based, was appointed International Liaison to liaise directly with the World Jewish Congress (WJC) office in Jerusalem, as well as when there are matters requiring the attention of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem. Have direct access to the relevant non-resident Ambassadors and head of the African Desk at the MFA. Part of my responsibility is to represent various African Jewish Congress affiliate countries at various WJC Plenary and other meetings held internationally.

Staff Sergeant, Golani 13th Battalion

Second in Command of the Gil Platoon. Basic & advanced training, including sharp shooter training. Combat missions (classified) in highly risked territories. Commanders course — completed at the rank of Sergeant. Promoted to Second in command of platoon during operational deployment. Responsible for all logistics, professional training of troops, and discipline of platoon.

Volunteer

Assisting Jewish individuals and communities in far flung areas in South Africa, in Sub-Saharan African and the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius. For the benefit of the various communities, have interacted with people of all races, and also when necessary met with Heads of State on behalf of the local communities.
